The Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing various campaign strategies from ideation to deployment and reporting to achieve revenue and pipeline goals. This will require working across teams and engaging multiple channels (including email, paid, display, and direct mail) to create compelling campaigns that attract and engage Conductor's target audience. This candidate will be analytically minded and able to report program success based on funnel metrics, including leads and MQLs sourced, pipeline and revenue influenced, opportunities, and wins. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, and will work closely with operations, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure campaigns are timely, creative, measurable, flawlessly executed, drive revenue, and foster brand loyalty. What you'll do (Responsibilities):

  • Own long-term vision and strategy for nurturing prospects to conversion and growing customer accounts.
  • Leading the planning and execution of Conductor's email nurtures and ABM campaigns, driving MQLs, SQLs and Closed Won business.
  • Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence of marketing programs to ensure consistent MQL and SQL creation.
  • Manage standardized marketing reporting to understand efficacy of marketing campaigns in generating pipeline, closed won revenue and ROI, presenting performance to the marketing department as well as key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to deliver, report on, and optimize success of email nurtures.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to iterate on messaging themes for all campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Sales and CS teams to educate and inform them of all campaigns, providing detailed instructions for execution and follow-up
  • Serve as the main point of contact within Marketing for the MDR team to collaborate on all Demand Generation efforts Who you are (Required Skills/Abilities):
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5-6+ years of marketing experience
    • B2B or software experience preferred
    • Experience in managing Paid Media channels
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills - public speaking skills a plus!
    • Keen eye for details
    • Demonstrated project management, operational, and problem solving skills
    • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • 6Sense, Webeo, Marketo, Knak, Salesforce experience a plus Compensation : Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. The base salary range for this role is currently $68,200 - $113,600. A ctual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors. Variable compensation: In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on attainment of corporate revenue performance targets.
