The Sr Manager, Instruments Implementations leads and engages a team of project and process managers to ensure the delivery of instruments to our customers using implementation excellence in a highly competitive diagnostic environment. This influential people leader strives to build productive relationships with Sales and Key Customer segments and works closely with all Service Delivery colleagues throughout the duration of a specific implementation. This role focuses on team leadership, project management, and appropriate customer support solutions with management to effectively drive implementation strategy deployment across the country.This position is part of the NACO Service team and is fully remote (USA based). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.You will be part of the Implementations NACO Services team and report to the Director of Implementations responsible for leading a team of project managers, instruments managers, and informatics applications while building an effective implementation strategy to govern system installations.   • Manage the implementation and installation processes for our diagnostic instrumentation portfolio during our business's high growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating lessons learned throughout the various instruments' implementation phases
  • Work directly with Global Service Leadership on operational strategy, as related to performance and goals to deliver high quality instrument implementation projects on time and to agreed quality standards/revenue targets
  • Build productive relationships with Sales and Key Customer segments; work closely with all Service Delivery colleagues - Field & Applications Service, PM, RZM, BTI, Client Services, as well as Transportation teams, Operations, IT, PMO, and more throughout the duration of a specific implementation
  • Identify and communicate critical gaps and potential design improvements to the integration process; create plans for flawless implementation execution while monitoring the timelines throughout all phases of the project
  • Manage internal project coordination tools (BTI, Smartsheet)The essential requirements of the job include:
    • Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience OR Master's/PhD degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
    • 4+ years of direct people management experience
    • Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with heavy emphasis on the Laboratory Regulatory environment
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
    • Ability to travel up to 60% domesticallyIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
      • Prefer CAPM Certification or CAPM eligible (1500 hours of project management experience or 23 hours of Project Management Education)

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
