Great opportunity available for an experienced Learning and Development professional with our client, a leader in the art world. -

The Role
This position will partner with the Global Head of Talent Development in selecting and delivering the professional skills Learning and Development offerings to meet the requirements of the global marketplace. The ideal candidate will have the experience, training skills and will be fully invested in creating meaningful learning solutions that will develop employees across the organization.

Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Contribute to the implementation of the global Learning and Development strategy.
  • Successfully deliver the Learning and Development professional skills training programs [on-line and in-person] to staff globally.
  • Participate fully in developing and implementing approaches to enhance the skills of our people across the full spectrum of the organization.
  • Conduct needs analysis, produce project plans and work with the larger L&D team to deploy the relevant training programs and activities.
  • Work with the Global Head of Talent Development to ensure global consistency of programs (recognizing regional differences).
  • Participate fully in the activities of the Learning and Development team and the wider HR team and work closely with other business groups.
  • Contribute to the development of Learning and Development programs to build the competency level of employees across the business.
  • Work with external consultants and vendors to deploy various training programs when needed.
  • Create team building programs as assigned by HR Director.
  • Coordinate Off-site training information and scheduling.
  • Oversight of induction training curriculum, which includes inviting, monitoring and tracking attendance to all mandatory classes for new hires.
  • Undertake any other projects working with the Global Head of Talent Development.

    The Candidate

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years as an experienced trainer.
    • Broad knowledge in multiple aspects of training.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
    • Must be comfortable with public speaking.
    • Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills
    • Effective presentation, persuading and influencing skills.
    • Experience working in professional services preferred.
    • Willing to take responsibility and commitment to working as a member of a global team.
    • Positive, committed and prepared to use initiative and learn.
    • Energetic, creative and dynamic.
    • Confident and relates well to people.
    • High levels of computer literacy and competence.
    • Proven forward-planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritize own workload effectively.
    • Ability to travel to deliver programs
