Job Description:

A top Fashion Mobile App (office headquartered in Manhattan NYC) is seeking to hire a detail oriented, self starter, multipassionate, motivated, creative and personable Sales/Marketing Manager to report directly to our CEO.

Hybrid NYC Office / Work from Home environment.

You will use creative and exciting marketing ideas to generate leads and do outreach for the company, locally and nationwide, promoting the power of our products and services. This person will seek the ability to scale and grow with our company. Must have passion to build your career, learn, network and think outside of the box.

*\*Responsibilities: \**

Seek, develop, grow and maintain relationships through face to face meetings, phone, email, social media, events and professional networking.

Prospect revenue opportunities and build a pipeline to reach quota.

Handle B2B and customer service communication.

Manage deal flow from start to execution of events and contracts.

Source, interview, hire and train talent and team members.

Create systems to organize and streamline scaling and growth of company.

Oversee scheduling and organization of events and logistics.

Manage and delegate to team and interns to assist this role.

Develop growth strategies with creative and exciting on-brand campaigns.

Develop/update sales materials and decks including sponsorship materials.

Accountable for direct marketing to new business prospects.

Strategize, create, organize and streamline systems to scale business.

*\*Requirements: \**

2-4 years of experience in a sales-driven atmosphere.

A fashion, social media and technology enthusiast with a passion for the space.

A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Friendly personality and effective written and oral communication skills.

Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva experience.

Experience with CMS and Project Management programs.

The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.

A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude.

Exceptional written, verbal, phone and in person presentation skills.

Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell - not easily intimidated.

Develop and maintain a prospect and relationship list.

Manage/keep regular contact with companies on the prospect / relationship list.

Build relationships between agency and key prospects including cold calls if need be.

Create opportunities THAT CONVERT to pitch new accounts.

Understand the business and marketing challenges of key prospects.

Develop sales strategies for key prospects.

Refine presentation/pitch approaches.

Organize, direct, and make physical arrangements for presentations.

Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events, and speaking opportunities.
