Job Description:

We are looking for a sales professional who is results-driven and goal-oriented. You will source customer prospects, conduct new business outreach, generate meetings, and close deals. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, stays on top of emerging trends, and has solid organizational capabilities. Success in this position requires building a deep understanding of the agency's approach, philosophy, and specialties while leading both proactive and reactive pitches/proposals to secure new business. Experience selling services preferred.Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell agency services using rapport, effective articulation of services offered, persuasive arguments, and solid selling processes to prospective clients
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
  • Contact customer leads through cold calling including email marketing, LinkedIn, and social networking
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on potential client needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Work alongside senior leadership to develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations
  • Draft client services agreements
  • Coordinate and manage client hand-off to client services team and finance
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings
  • Continuously improve through feedback Requirements
    • 5+ years of relevant business development experience required
    • Experience or work in a professional services and agency environment preferred
    • Knowledge of CRM programs
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong project management skills
    • Self-starter
    • Sense of humor
