The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the supervision and implementation of all property, equipment, preventive maintenance & repairs, monitor life safety systems & utilities and administer the department in compliance with the CCMC standards, as well as all local, state and national codes and regulations to protect the asset, customers and employees. This role is also responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of CCMC's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment. The Facilities Manager will report to the Director of Operations.


- Set up and maintain all service contract for food service equipment, HVAC, hood cleaning and fire suppression, as well as all mechanical equipment in CCMC Business Units

- Be the single point of contact aggregating and solving all repair & maintenance requests

- Ensure facility conditions are always at a high standard, including but not limited to lighting, paint, fixtures, millwork, and all areas in CCMC Business Units

- Responsible for coordination of all maintenance activities and ensures alignment with operational needs

- Effectively establishes systems and processes to handle requests and concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions

- Takes prompt action in all matters related to the safety, security, well-being and satisfaction of customers and employees. Responds swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety-related situation

- Coordinates with contractors and manages projects, as required

- Ensures all CCMC Business Units are in strict compliance with all local building codes, regulations, permits and licenses. Maintains all relevant records and displays those required by statute

- Ensures compliance with all safety standards, regulations and insurance, including but not limited to Fire, Life Safety, OSHA, Workers Comp, MSDS

- Liaise with department managers and leadership

- Accountable for maintenance of all areas of responsibility

- Ability to manage expectations, processes, and multiple projects simultaneously

- Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

- Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company

- Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required in a related field

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role

- Computer literate with the ability to learn and adapt to using new programs

- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must support and promote a culture of inclusiveness, respect, and a positive employee experience

- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment

- Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success


- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; Ability to stand for prolong periods of time and climb steps regularly.

- Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

_The base pay range for this position is $75,000.00-$85,000.00. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc_
