We are looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. This job will be a remote position. - While our office is -in Seattle, we are open to candidates from anywhere in the United States. -Position Summary:The Product Manager (PM) supports the hematology marketing team with the implementation and delivery of high-quality promotional tactics and resources in accordance with scheduled timelines and budgets defined in the product promotional plans. - This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be expected to work closely with cross functional teams internally and externally with agency partners and vendors. -The PM will help develop and manage budgets for all assigned projects identified in the annual product promotional plans. -The Position will also manage the CTI Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) committee for all customer-facing promotional and educational materials. - Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Product Manager will work to clearly understand assigned project initiatives, budget, and timelines so that they can effectively manage the agencies, strategic partners, educational bureau, printing, and other vendors to ensure delivery of projects that meet product specifications and project timelines. -
  • Monitor budget and report monthly accruals to finance.
  • Position will manage marketing budget in conjunction with marketing team for assigned projects, maintain project timelines and project status reports.
  • This position will work with marketing team and sales operations to ensure all marketing materials available to the field sales organization are current and consistent with product strategies as well as managing marketing related material distribution via associated process for sales & marketing to ensure CTI requirements are met. -
  • Manage fulfillment vendor for the inventory and shipment of appropriate marketing materials to the Field, National and Regional conventions, and Reimbursement Service Center.
  • Manage the sales & marketing MLR committee process for product and disease-related material. - Interface with other CTI departments to facilitate timely and appropriate review of submitted material. - Partner with promotional regulatory partner to endure SOP adherence and updates as required. - - -
  • The PM will, in conjunction with appropriate marketing representatives, ensure changes (denoted by functional signatories on the review committee) to specific materials are executed by supplier and distributed appropriately. -
  • Position will interface with marketing, sales, sales training, sales operations, and market access to ensure appropriated marketed materials are in inventory and available to support upcoming conventions, sales requests, and other programs.
  • In concert with Corporate Communications, the PM will coordinate development and final production of all product and corporate communication materials intended for outside audiences.
  • Identify local vendors that have the core competencies needed to support marketing needs related to printers, boutique agencies and medical writers. - Develop RFPs and obtain estimates and quotes from these suppliers on specific projects as required. - Ensure marketing team complies with CTI's identified material requisition SOP.Experience & Education Needed:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. - Advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience required
  • Oncology/Hematology marketing or other relevant therapeutic areas are highly preferred
  • New product launch experience is preferred
  • Deep understanding of marketing concepts within pharma/biotech is required
  • Experience with working in a fast, highly complex and dynamic environment of an emerging organization with talented individuals is preferred
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously required
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and proven track record of results
  • Must have some experience working with advertising agencies and/or project coordination, marketing experience or other related experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industry. -
  • Launch experience and/or hematology/oncology experience is preferred. -
  • Advanced proficiency in core Microsoft programs, power point, excel, and project management software is preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Intellectual curiosity and self-starter mentality along with team/collaboration orientation is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required with the ability to handle multiple projects in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy is mandatory.
