You will help us tell the story of how PepsiCo Design & Innovation teams are solving real problems, for real people in the real world through our award-winning work, design-led business integration and thought leadership in the design and marketing communities. These stories are told across all the Design and Innovation Center's owned social channels, website (, our podcast "In Your Shoes," our annual design books, cultural events, and the occasional paid media. In this role, you'll be responsible for the high-quality delivery of social, digital, and video projects across PepsiCo Design Center Communications, acting as traffic manager for work briefed into the team from across the global organization. With the Design Director, you will help lead on key strategic projects, managing production schedules and liaise with brand designers, writers, and external partners.In addition, you will be a partner to PepsiCo's corporate communication team, aligning our digital strategy, priorities, and timelines. This role helps support our goal to showcase our best-in-class creative work, the topics of innovation, diversity in design, sustainability, human-centered design, and best practices for integrating an in-house team within a corporation. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Design Director to develop priorities, schedules, and deliverables for the PepsiCo Design & Innovation Center across all owned channels
  • Develop a master content calendar to identify cross-promotional opportunities across digital, print, events, and corporate comms
  • Oversee scheduling, posting, and publishing of all content across social channels
  • Manage implementation of feedback and proper approvals from stakeholder teams, including corporate comms and legal when required
  • Ensure work is produced to agreed scopes and timescales, including integrated projects where digital, print, events, media, and social media components all require cohesion
  • Generate bi-monthly and quarterly performance metrics reports for all content and channels
  • Develop strong relationships with internal peers and cross-functional teams that can provide support and expertise in specific areas
  • Partner with the design and writing team on the production of our podcast
  • Help to oversee the website content roadmap, effectively balancing case studies, articles, and potential editorial opportunities
  • Serve as the point of contact for organizational requests coming into the social and digital team for promotion and awareness
  • Research, asset gathering, and preparing presentations
  • Assist with managing vendors when required Qualifications
    • 8+ years in a social, editorial, or digital production role at a brand or agency
    • Expert at project management related tools (Asana, Airtable, or
    • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe CC
    • Understanding of file formats, digital workflows, basic color correction and retouching
    • Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout, Later)
    • Digital and social media strategy and marketing measurement experience
    • Strong presentation skills and confident in front of senior level internal teams
    • Clear communicator who can deliver insights in an engaging, fresh, and impactful manner
    • Self-starter who thrives on working collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
    • Sense of fiscal responsibility, experience managing vendors and budgets
    • Passion for art, design, photography, video, digital storytelling

      • The expected compensation range for this position is between $100,500- $168,150
      • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
      • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
      • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
      • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
