Role Summary

We are on a journey of completely re-envisioning our platforms and ways of working. We are looking for a Product Communications Strategist who can bring their insights into core product areas to a global multi-brand web consumer platform.

The Strategy & Communications Consultant supports the Online Product Management team on the overall execution and development of communication of product vision and strategy to Executive Leadership across brands, regions, and Online. This role reports to the VP, Online Product Development on documenting the Online Digital Product Strategy, roadmaps, and vision in a format that is digestible for key stakeholders and executive leadership.

You will help shape our culture and our people and be a group ambassador with your storytelling and narrative development for Product Management and for the Global Digital Experience Team.

Primary Responsibilities

• 
  
• Support and lead in key areas of communicating and documenting the Online Digital Product Strategy
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to connect the dots and develop a communication strategy and compelling narrative to inform and drive transparency into our product strategy and roadmaps.
  
• Conduct analysis of and surface key insights from across our portfolio of brands to help identify quantifiable successes and areas of opportunity that can be presented as case studies supporting our strategy and vision.
  
  
  What We Are Looking For
  
  
  • 
    
  • MBA preferred; BA/BS in Business related fields accepted
    
  • 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
    
  • Ability to structure documents to effectively communicate with senior management. Extensive knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
    
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and disparate information into meaningful and actionable conclusions
    
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation-based communication skills
    
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one s own work streams
    
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment
    
  • Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
    
  • Foundational understanding of- and passion for- internet technology and the luxury beauty industry
    
  • Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership, and can tailor your message to your audience
