• Make recommendations on the latest technologies that can improve business operations and security.
• Implement new technologies and systems.
• Implement and deploy security solutions.
• Plan and implement disaster recovery solutions
• Support and maintain the operations of the Avaya phone system, digital phones, IP Phones, and video conferencing systems
• Procure hardware, software, and services.
• Support and troubleshoot problems with computer equipment and business applications and software.IT Service Delivery Manager & Senior Engineer- (Windows/ Security) -Key Skills:
  • Problem investigation, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Define processes and operations for Service Delivery and Professional Services
  • Create and develop procedures
  • Strong Windows Security knowledge/ experience
  • Knowledge of Servers: Active Directory, Group Policy (administration, not necessarily creation of new GPs), bring up Domain Controllers
