The Hired Guns are seeking a visionary, data-driven Content Director for an environmental advocacy group dedicated to solving one of the world's most intractable environmental crises. In this role, you'll work with a team of dedicated writers and developers, helping to launch a new platform. So if you're looking to put real purpose behind your words and help save our planet, this may just be the gig for you. Beyond working with a driven team of writers, you'll strategize cross-functionally with our developers to build a platform that will enable a global mobilization to remedy a major threat to our biosphere.Starting in New York City (though there are expansion plans in place), you'll reach out to cultural institutions to partner with the organization on their mission to begin local efforts that will later go global. There's already a robust group of media and etail partners in place to help spread and monetize the message. Together you'll figure out how to engage volunteers in real-time communal, mission-based activities - with clear achievement paths and recognition moments along the way.Ultimately, you will help architect a mobile-first ecosystem that's been designed and game-ified to mobilize, activate and educate volunteers around the world.Why You?
