    Who Are You:
    The Programmatic Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue through agency and client direct partnerships while helping to define and execute strategies for new and existing DSP partnerships across Safe Exchange's best in class Ad Safety and CTV Monetization platform. - Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal and communications skills and have existing client and agency relationships and strong knowledge of the CTV programmatic marketplace.
    -Other requirements include:

    • 10+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or account management within an advertising technology company, DSP, SSP, publisher, agency or exchange.
    • Strong existing relationships with key agency, client and DSP partners with an expansive rolodex that can be leveraged from day one.
    • Experience working with CTV and knowledge of format specific nuances.
    • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial
    • Ability to think strategically and work closely with partners to align to their goals.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
    • Strong communication, presentation (Google suite) and negotiation skills.
    • Some travel will be required.

      What is the Role:
      The Programmatic Sales Director will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, but will work closely with the VP, Safe Exchange and will be primarily responsible to exceed revenue targets through active selling, account management, product and feature implementation and demand facilitation. This role also navigates partnerships through engagement with all levels from day-to-day contacts through C-level executives, both internally and externally. The role requires close collaboration with Technical Operations, Ad Ops and Sales.
      Your key duties will include:

      • Develop a strong understanding of Safe Exchange's technology, product and inventory opportunities to effectively sell and communicate with partners.
      • Build relationships and develop strategy for new and existing partnerships.
      • Serve as an external SME on CTV (Connected TV) and Creative Review for our demand partners.
      • Ability to creatively package and bring to market programmatic solutions to clients, agencies and DSPs.
      • Execute strategy by selling new products, platforms, features as well as media sales and service to grow platforms spend to meet and exceed goals.
      • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross functional internal departments.
      • Travel as necessary to support business objectives.
      • Take on additional team leadership projects as needed.
