Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to achieve team and organizational goals
• Drive implementation of an integrated learning performance strategy across the enterprise
• Foster a learning culture that places employee development at the center of how we do business to attract and retain the best talent
• Build and sustain lasting relationships with HR colleagues and country leaders to generate a deep understanding of organizational demands and facilitate partnerships that enable successful learning outcomes for employees at all levels
• Ensure learning and development needs assessments are conducted at appropriate intervals, and seek input from HR and country leaders to identify opportunities to create and expand a course portfolio that is aligned with employee needs
• Addresses gaps and areas needing improvement
• Set up mechanisms to measure ROI of learning and development and provide periodic updates to HR and line leaders as needed
• Balance internal and external learning solutions to ensure appropriate use of budget resources and team capabilities
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of best practices and advances in adult learning and education as well as training technology and methodologiesIf you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $161,440 to $322,880 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities.
