Description
The IAM Governance Manager is responsible for designing,
implementing, and maintaining efficient governance processes and
technical solutions supporting CME's Identity & Access Management
program. This includes informing program roadmaps, leading the
execution of key IAM projects, and overseeing the successful
operation of governance processes and technical solutions, while
ensuring adherence to IAM standards and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and deliver IAM governance processes and technical
solutions which elevate security, improve compliance, and automate
governance activities for applications, infrastructure, and
processes
* Support identity lifecycle and access governance activities
* Develop, maintain, and facilitate the adoption of IAM standards,
processes, and procedures
* Lead the coordination and response to regulatory, audit, and
compliance requests
* Aid in the automation of audit/compliance evidence gathering and
metrics reporting
* Participate in emerging trend research, product evaluations, and
tool selection
Minimum requirements: knowledge, skills and abilities:
* 7+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) at a large,
international enterprise, preferably in financial services or other
highly regulated industry
* Understanding of Identity Access Management related security
issues
* Experience with identity lifecycle management
* Understanding of information security components, principles,
practices, and procedures
* Ability to manage data and conduct data analytics, resulting in
actionable insights
* Robust understanding of and direct experience delivering
IAM-related zero trust capabilities
* Experience deploying and managing Policy-Based Access Control
(PBAC) preferred
* Understanding of audit frameworks, including NIST 800-53, COBIT,
COSO, and/or ISO
* Working knowledge of IAM infrastructure, including Identity
Governance & Administration, AD/LDAP, Federation, Multi-Factor
Auth, and Privileged Access Management
* Understanding of general IT infrastructure architecture:
Unix/Windows Servers, networking devices, databases,
virtualization
* Ability to work across a broad range of technologies to deliver
solutions to complex challenges
* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented,
collaborative environment

negotiate and create consensus
* Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively at all levels of
the organization including both technical and non-technical
management and senior leadership

Formal Education & Certification:
* A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or
Information Systems
* Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, SSCP,
Security+, etc.)

The salary range for this role is $147,500-$245,900. Actual salary
offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but
not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and
