As part of our Commercial People Team, you're part of helping to
discover, develop and continuously improve our organizational
talent. With a special focus on Marketing Organization based in the
Commercial Strategy Office in New York, you will be a strategic
partner to our growing business. You will manage our people
processes - talent management, growth & development, workforce
planning, recruitment - as well as recommend and implement new
people initiatives to address the particular needs of your client
group. -
