As part of our Commercial People Team, you're part of helping to discover, develop and continuously improve our organizational talent. With a special focus on Marketing Organization based in the Commercial Strategy Office in New York, you will be a strategic partner to our growing business. You will manage our people processes - talent management, growth & development, workforce planning, recruitment - as well as recommend and implement new people initiatives to address the particular needs of your client group. -

        -JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
        • Responsible for recruiting talent and building a talent attraction approach to satisfy and maintain pipeline demands within the commercial function -
        • Working with senior leadership to identify strategic profiles for the growing and evolving business for continuous recruitment and pipeline development -
        • Management of recruitment team to ensure reasonable time to fill to meet the demands of the business
          • Responsible for implementing the yearly People Cycle - this is our yearly talent management cycle which includes performance reviews, career progressions, workforce planning -
          • Preparing and coaching managers to execute our OPR (Organization and People review), represent their team(s) during these meetings, and action the agreed upon outcomes from this meeting throughout the year -
          • Leveraging People data analytics to understand/evaluate our talent management process over the past year and how to demand plan for the future. This should allow you to identify opportunities to develop employee-centric people strategies for the future.
            • Establishing a customized approach for developing targeted populations, such as high potentials or poor performers -
            • In keeping with business realities, proactively identify areas where updates to talent and organizational structure would benefit the business, partnering with the leaders of the business -
            • Creating and executing engagement plan for various audiences (leadership, region-wide) by leveraging the data provided from our annual survey but also from qualitative conversations with your client groups -
              • Manage the local headcount budget (known as People Package) as well as position management to meet or beat yearly budget target -
              • Targeting and working to retain the right people. Follow already established stay-interview process, recommend and implement regional solutions to retention -
                • Coaching managers and employees overall through performance improvement plans, cultural awareness initiatives, and changes to our process and policies as they arise -
                  • Given the growth and pace of our business, helping identify change management issues and propose and/or implement other value-add initiatives per business requirements. Examples could include client-group wide training or local training for specific managers or teams. - JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
                    • Bachelor's degree required -
                    • Minimum 5 years directly related experience -
                    • CPG experience a plus -
                    • Start-up experience a plus -
                    • Experience in creating and implementing strategic and impactful Human Resources initiatives -
                      • Experience with one or more of the following: HR Generalist, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Recruitment OE/OD and Coaching -
                      • Understands key HR theories, practices and emerging ideas, but is practical rather than academic in approach -
                      • Has experience with corporate populations, experience with Marketing population a plus -
                      • Strong computer skills: PC with experience in Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) - WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:
