Job Description:

Basic Function

Oversees all phases of the client onboarding processes for Client. Works with branch and department colleagues on all aspects of the client on-boarding process and with other client service teams on requests that encompass multiple departments and help clarify certain client inquiries and achieve desired results. Collaborates with Portfolio Management teams to advise on best method to process requests for new or existing accounts or best way to transfer assets into the firm. Reports to management on processes and procedures and high-level issues. Resolves inquiries, escalations, enhances due diligence issues and audit requests in collaboration with compliance and audit teams.



Responsibilities



  • Assist clients, partner Financial Advisors, Sr. Investment Consultant and Portfolio Manager Teams with high-level client on-boarding and new account inquiries. Manage on-boarding meetings that introduce our firm to new partner Financial Advisors on Client's way of doing business and how best to utilize our vast array of services and offerings.




    Analyze internal and external compliance and audit findings; compile data and/or supporting documentation and coordinate responses to satisfy audit requests.




    Review the proper establishment and set up of all new accounts coming in through each one of the legacy platforms.




    Supervise and lead a team of analysts across all aspects of performance management, employee morale, HR issues, colleague development, schedules, planning, time-management, and training.




    Review and analyze current processes and procedures to ensure we are meeting CDD, KYC, BSA and AML regulations. Establish new processes and procedures as situations arise, or to improve and streamline to stay ahead of the curve and be able to handle additional workload.



    Job Skills and Knowledge



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area.
  • 4 + years of experience in a financial related industry.
  • Client Series 7 license
  • Excellent computer literacy with a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
