Job Description:

The Global Agency Development team is looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of Agency Partnership Managers. This person should have a strong understanding of both the Global Agency landscape and the Holding Company Partnership dynamics within it.
As the Partner Manager Lead at Reddit, you will play a key role in working with the Global Head of Agency Development and Team to oversee best in class agency programs and partnerships that drive impact and differentiation in the marketplace.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage a team of Partner Managers, coaching functional excellence as defined in roles and responsibilities, supporting new team members in onboarding, and building their Reddit expertise.
  
• Develop Strategic Partner Manager Plan that aligns to Reddit Global Agency Development Strategy
  
• Define Partner Manager Metrics to drive accountability, and lead implementation of the Plan to ensure success.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of scalable agency partnership programs that deliver positive business impact.
  
• Develop best-in-class partnership management and tracking to optimize ROI and inform future partnership / program areas of focus.
  
• Build a culture of cross-collaboration and best practice sharing in Global Agency Development and across the organization
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Enablement, Agency Marketing Product Marketing, Karma Lab, Measurement, Insights) to identify/create new partnership opportunities and enhance existing ones.
  
• Represent holistic agency marketplace view to inform product development, narrative architecture and GTM positioning
  
• Coach and lead the team to be strategic consultants and advisers to agency clients
  
• Identify areas of skill development; partner as appropriate in training efforts
  
• Be the thought leader in the industry; acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 7+ years of experience in the agency / advertising space
    
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team
    
  • A passion for Reddit as a user and knowledge of our ad products
    
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
    
  • Ability to be dynamic in a fast-paced environment
    
  • Ability to lead and multi-task with strong attention to detail
    
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action
    
  • Impressive relationship-building skills and comfortable communicating with senior-level executives
    
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
    
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
    
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
    
  • Is flexible and has the innate ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work and environment managing change effectively
    
  • Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skill

      This job posting may span more than one career level.
      In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
      The base pay range for this position is $226,800 - $302,400.
