Job Description:
The Lede Company is seeking a creative and experienced social
impact leader to join the newly established Social Impact team. The
Lede Company is a full-service strategy, communications and social
impact consulting firm, specializing in corporate, entertainment
and nonprofit sectors. The Director of Social Impact will play an
integral role in researching, developing, designing and
implementing key projects and initiatives and lead account
management for Lede's Social Impact clients.

Responsibilities: Support the strategy, design, development of
social impact client projects, partnerships and campaigns
- Lead client account management, workflows and processes for
Social Impact Division clients - Lead and manage client social
impact research, analysis and reporting efforts - Design and
provide internal and external issue-focused briefings for teams,
clients or partners - Support management of vendors, external
consultants or relevant stakeholders - Provide robust data and
policy analyses and strategic planning support - Support the
development of long-term client partnerships and collaborations -
Build on Lede's commitment to supporting clients who aspire to be a
force for good - Support The Lede Company's internal CSR and social
impact work Required Skills & Experience: 8-10 years of experience
leading, managing or consulting on global CSR or ESG efforts or
complex social impact initiatives on issues related to
sustainability, the SDGs, sustainability, diversity, equity and
inclusion or philanthropy
- 8+ years of experience building and supporting cross-sector
partnerships, programs or campaigns with diverse stakeholders
(talent, government champions, private sector partners,
philanthropists and/or NGOs) - Fluency in the social impact
landscape, national and international development issues and the
role of advocacy, philanthropy and cross-sector partnerships -
Exceptional research capacity with past experience in developing or
leading programs from the ground up, designed for scaled impact -
Expertise in new business development, client relations and
partnership building - Excellent written and verbal communicator
and strong project management skills - Willingness and ability to
travel Preferred Skills & Experience: - Understanding of the US
philanthropic landscape and some experience advising on individual,
institutional or corporate philanthropy - Existing relationships
and experience working with NGOs, civil society and/or policy- or
advocacy-related organizations - Experience working with and
leading diverse stakeholders through projects or initiatives,
including talent champions, policy leaders, corporate executives,
nonprofit and civil society organizations - Bilingual More Details:
