and founder David Chang in 2004 with the opening of Momofuku Noodle

food purveyors.The Momofuku Goods -Growth Marketing Manager will
work closely with the Head of Growth & Ecommerce and the Marketing
& Design teams along with external partners to lead customer
acquisition efforts for Momofuku Goods. This role will be
responsible for overseeing the strategy, design, and development of
full-funnel digital marketing campaigns to accelerate Momofuku
Goods' rapid growth.Compensation Band: - $110,000 - $130,000 per

career development.Responsibilities Acquisition / Performance
Marketing
- Develop and manage full-funnel digital prospecting and
remarketing campaigns across channels including, but not limited
to, Meta and Google SEM
- Manage budget allocation and media buying to optimize for CAC
and LTV
- Work with internal and external content/design partners to
develop high-performing creative content for these campaigns
- Own testing process for new paid media channels to continue
scaling customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency
- Own paid acquisition customer journey including working with
internal and external design/development partners to develop site
experiences (e.g. landing pages) that will improve acquisition
efficiency Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and analyze all campaigns for reporting and ROI
optimization objectives
- Create dashboards to inform performance of media and ecommerce
channels to extract insights and inform decisions for the broader
Momofuku Goods team
- Conduct customer and competitor research to inform basis for
acquisition campaigns
- Develop/maintain an attribution model to understand efficiency
of our media spend across channelsRequired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a performance marketing or
digital acquisition marketing role
- Experience in Meta and Google SEM ads, other performance
marketing channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) a plus
- Highly analytical and good knowledge of Analytics tools (ex:
Google Analytics, UTM tracking, GTM)
- Ability to integrate digital campaigns with offline and social
media
- Excellent communications skillsPreferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing or digital
acquisition marketing role
- Experience managing other performance marketing channels
(YouTube, TikTok, etc.) beyond Meta / Google
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo,
HotJar, A/B testing platforms)
- Experience managing digital campaigns to drive brick & mortar
objectives in the CPG industry
- A proven track record of dependability, a continuous focus on
learning and development, and a history of consistently and
successfully fulfilling all role responsibilitiesPhysical Demands
- The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing,
speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds,
occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8
hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
