Description:
The Project Manager acts as the primary interface between the design team and their client and is primarily responsible for ensuring team performs to its contractual obligations by managing the project's:

• 
  
• Scope of services (including consultants' services, if any)
  
• The budget allocated to complete said services
  
• Schedule within which to perform said services
  
• Timely coordination and production of all project deliverables
  
• Quality control of services rendered, and instruments of service produced
  
• Additional services if/when required.
  
  
  This is a project-specific role that typically applies to multiple projects concurrently.
  
  The Project Manager's core responsibilities are:
  
  CLIENT LIAISON
  
  
  • 
    
  • Oversee execution of professional services from a client perspective; ensure the design is responding to the client's needs and vision.
    
  • Maintain client communications and contact, for the scope of work and services.
    
  • Obtain the necessary client approval/s.
    
    
    CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
    
    
    • 
      
    • Write proposals for new work and respond to requests for qualifications and proposals.
      
    • Request consultants' proposals if/when services are required, request revisions and/or negotiate, and provide formal approvals with coordination with the Controller.
      
    • Liaise with Controller for contract billings and collections.
      
    • Oversee timely submittal and accurate coding of project reimbursables.
      
    • Manage and monitor the scope and ensure execution and delivery based on executed proposal or contract; notify/request from clients of add-services as appropriate.
      
    • Oversee Purchasing (when part of the scope); review scope, execute vendor agreements and purchase orders (jointly performed with Industrial / Furniture Designer and Stylist / FF&E Designer).
      
      
      PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
      
      
      • 
        
      • Develop and manage project schedules and milestones to ensure the project is on time.
        
      • Manage and monitor project budgets.
        
        
        
        Required:
        
        Revit
        
        previous PM experience
        
        
        
        Education:
        
        B ARCH
        
        
        
        Salary / Hourly:
        
        $90-105K
