Job Description:

Office Status: Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Salary: $85,000 to $90,000
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Performs periodic and necessary ISBD-FFG's Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Support and maintain a proactive and robust operational risk management program in ISBD-FFG.
  
• Control and maintain ISBDD-FFG's policies and procedures and ensure they are in compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and branch and head office requirements.
  
• Coordinates and controls all internal and external audit, examination or testing related matters require attention (MRA) must be documented and properly resolved in a timely manner.
  
• Support and coordinate for all new product/services related matters (such as market research, system feasibility, accounting treatment, internal and external workflow and legal documentation).
  
• Manages projects in a timely and orderly fashion. As necessary, support and prepare Business Requirement Definition ("BRD"), work with PMOs and the team, creates test scripts and coordinate UAT.
  
• Identify group's business needs and determine/propose necessary action to be taken.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
