• Collaborates with clients to deliver next-generation financial solutions using TTS Innovation Labs.The TTS Technology Technical Lead will be responsible for design and development of core payments product as part of payments transformation program.With the Experience with Public Cloud, The successful candidate will collaborate with the key stakeholders from product, technology and operations to drive the design and deliver highly scalable and standard design for core payments product. The candidate will also interact with development Project Manager, the development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Center Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS platforms.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing technical leadership of multiple large scale/complex software solutions, even by extending the existing platform through custom development, customization and integration with in-house solutions and vendor solutions leading to a complete platform that caters to key business requirements.
  • Lead the design and development of core payments product globally as part of payments transformation program.
  • Lead the Development efforts and deploy services in Public Cloud.
  • Design and develop enterprise transaction based system with focus on recovery, stability, reliability, scalability and performance.
  • Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality product to agreed project schedules.
  • Proactively notify Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
  • Compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirement.Leadership Skills:

      • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development and Support.
      • Development experience with a mix of technologies on Public Cloud, Java/C, AWS/Azure/GCP, Hibernate, Spring boot, Oracle and PL/SQL or Oracle or Mongo DB.
      • Experience in managing Web Services , SOAP, API development, JAVA MQ API, UNIX Shell scripting will be an advantage.
      • Understanding of various Payments schemes and ecosystems, preferably Faster Payments scheme of any country, and Payments messaging formats such as ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and SWIFT etc. Experience in working with large set-up and businesses globally will be an advantage.
      • Should have knowledge of CI/CD tools and strong Monitoring controls.
      • Experience in complete SDLC (development, testing, deployment and troubleshooting) on UNIX is needed.
      • Technically competent, well organized, pro-active and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels.
      • Good technical analysis and troubleshooting skill.
      • Leadership experience in full Software Development Life Cycle is preferred.
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications.
      • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.Education:
