We are Givaudan. Human by nature. As an Account Manager in the Special Retail FF Team, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of fine fragrance & home accounts. You are ultimately responsible to develop and implement the strategy for your sales portfolio, providing vision and direction a cross-functional team and driving a high level of customer intimacy. This role is based in East Hanover, NJ but will require travel to our New York location regularly for business needs. It is a hybrid 4 days on-site opportunity. Salary Range -105k - 170k (Max) In this position you will:

  • Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
  • Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships within your account
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
  • Develop and track Account Plans for key accounts
  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
  • Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
  • Coordinate and manage internal resources in support of customer needs and priorities, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources
  • Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
  • Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate---) and take corrective actions if necessary
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
  • Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget etc. for key accounts
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
  • Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines - You?

    • University degree (or equivalent)
    • 4+ years sales experience
    • Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
    • Very strong project management skills with good attention to detail
