Job Description:

Our client, a prestige beauty -company, is looking to hire a -Senior Manager of - -Global Marketing -in their NYC office on a hybrid schedule. This person will provide global brand and product development, creative, advertising and marketing services for the brand.

-Job Duties Include:

• Manage -brand strategies which include forecasting, pricing, budgeting, and promotional support
• Develop marketing calendar, promotional programs and collateral elements
• Oversee the development process for new products which includes product development, submission tracking, packaging design, copy sheets, artwork approvals, and more -
• Review and approve artwork to guarantee -all elements of packaging / collateral items are correct before finalization -and print
• Collaborate with all third party vendors for promotional materials (i.e. gifts sets and gift with purchase -items)
• Assist with development of all key retailer and marketing presentations in partnership with internal sales team
• Work with internal and external partners (operations, sales, creative agencies, PR, media agencies) in the planning of all launch details -
• Effectively manage timelines associated with new product launches, gift sets and other promo programs from initial concept to finalized -product on shelf -
• Maintain -sku fact sheets, item codes, cost of goods, forecasts and more -throughout the development stages of each season
• Run all operational meetings to ensure key milestones -are met and launches on time
• Monitor and keep track of competitive marketplace through market visits, trade magazines, etc.
  Job Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field is required
  • -5+ - years of progressive Brand Management experience in the beauty category
  • Experience with media/digital advertising, -a plus
  • "Start-up" experience, is a plus
  • Strong analytically -with -interpersonal, creative and leadership skills
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage details and multi-task projects on tight deadlines -
  • Must be detail orientated, well organized, decisive and results oriented
  • Ability to present and manage executive level meetings
  • Proficient with Excel and -PowerPoint for in-depth analysis, reports and presentations
    Salary: $125K
