Hunter is looking for a Vice President Social and Digital Media with a passion for Health and Wellness. The Vice President, Social & Digital Media Strategy is responsible for developing and managing social and digital media marketing programs/campaigns for clients and brands, providing strategic insight and counsel to clients and colleagues, managing programs/campaigns to ensure agency profitability, and supervising team members.Health or Wellness experience is a must!!!
Qualifications Required: - 8 to 10 years of experience managing social and digital channels for clients/brands, developing content plans and strategy, and creating and managing social media campaigns - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr) and social listening/analytics platforms (e.g. Radian6, SimplyMeasured)

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: - Collaboratively and autonomously create strategic and creative social and digital media campaigns for multiple clients - Apply strategic/creative thinking skills and knowledge of social media analytics to gain insight and devise strategy - Determine campaign scopes and budgets - Drive effective implementation of multiple clients' social media programs/campaigns - Delegate appropriate responsibilities to the social and digital media team members for execution - Deliver high qualify results on-time and on-budget - Anticipate issues - Make recommendations for ways to meet clients' needs - Manage campaign financials: develop and manage campaign budgets, fee estimates, out-of-pocket expenses, team hour allocations, billing, invoicing, etc. - Regularly monitor to ensure execution is staying on-budget and is profitable for the agency; regularly report budget status to agency management - Provide analysis to clients of program results - Serve as primary client contact and build/maintain strong relationships with key client personnel - Accommodate and anticipate client needs; make recommendations to clients - Respond to requests for information from clients in a timely manner - Lead client calls, meetings and presentations to the client; participate in client brainstorms - Use social media metrics and analytics to provide insight and counsel to clients pertaining to programs and proposals - Share relevant articles/trends with clients, along with ways to implement/impact their business - Recognize and seek opportunities to grow clients' social/digital programs/business; utilize relationships with clients to sell in incremental opportunities - Manage and moderate clients' social media channels; ensure consistent community management and consumer engagement - Build and maintain relationships with social media contacts and influencers on behalf of the agency and clients - Create presentations for new business and business renewal proposals; participate in new business and/or business renewal pitches - Demonstrate an interest in the long-range health of the agency - Represent the agency in professional associations; develop new professional contacts through participation in outside organizations - Participate in agency brainstorm sessions for client programs - Actively participate in agency committees or departments as designated/asked - Participate in agency projects and eventsAbility to: - Understand the intricacies of established and emerging social channels - Understand the clients' business and relevant industry trends both globally and domestically, and use the information to collaboratively and autonomously develop creative and strategic social media marketing plans - Manage multiple campaigns for multiple clients - Train and mentor junior staff - Effectively delegate work among department team members - Travel to client and event locations; meet with clients at their office locations/headquarters - Demonstrate solid writing, editing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills - Stay current with developments in social media, current trends, technology updates and top news stories in the clients' and brands' spaces - Show integrity and good judgment when working with colleagues and clients - Deal constructively with client and personnel situations
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $115K- 170K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
