The VP of Technology Trading and Analytics will act as a team lead to track software development, project management, and liaise with different stakeholders for continuous innovation in trading solutions and in real-time analytical tools.Client DetailsThe client is a leading Investment Management Firm in New York, NY.DescriptionThe VP of Technology Trading and Analytics must have in depth background in front office trading technology, as their responsibilities will include: Work alongside with Trading Technology and Trading Analytics teams to develop strategic features in order execution and analytics platforms. Enable continuous technology delivery using Scrum software development methodology and Kanban for production support. These activities include:o Requirements gatheringo Software development and code reviewso System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests.o Documentation for the use of new or enhanced systems.o Quality control and Problem Management.o Mentor, coach and provide technical leadership to a team of junior developersProfileMust Have:

• In depth background in front office trading technology
• Experience overseeing trading workflow
• Technically proven - ability to speak the language and write some code: Java, J2EE, .NET Core, C#, React, Angular, NodeJS, and Python.
• Financial market knowledge - Equities, Futures and Options, FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives or OTC productsJob OfferThe VP of Technology Trading and Analytics will be offered a base salary of $165,000 - $200,000 depending on their experience with Front Office Trading Technology.
