WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - - -
Our buying modelWe have an activation model that works a little
like us being an in-house agency for media buying. For all of our
clients to date, we have either set up media buying accounts under
their name, or we are utilizing buying accounts that are
pre-existing. -We have broken down the functions of activation
between our team in New York and our team in India. The latter
handles all rote and repeatable tasks. -Our New York team handle
any platform strategy, optimization decisions, audience builds and
are overall responsible for performance.In all cases, our role is
to ensure activation inputs are connected to the strategy, to
steward the buy and we take responsibility for optimization
recommendations and analytics.
How We View The Role -The Manager position is a crucial role in the
strength of our team and the success of our clients. -Within this
role you'll be responsible for the ownership of your clients'
programmatic media strategy and oversee its implementation and day
to day execution. The primary responsibilities of the role include
the management of the programmatic team and engaging with
respective digital agency counterparts, clients, and external
partners. The Manager is also expected to be a kick-ass
programmatic trader and should be a source of expertise and point
of escalation for all aspects of the execution of a programmatic
campaign including implementation, optimization and inventory and
audience strategy. -
Your experience -You need extensive knowledge of the programmatic
landscape and would ideally have a certification in DV360, The
Trade Desk and other market-leading DSP platforms. -You have
actively managed or are managing a billing and reconciliation
process. -You have partnered with activation resources to ensure
programmatic, search, and social are working in sync to deliver and
reach the client's business goals. You have worked with off-shore
resources and can help coach them through buying and implementing
programmatic campaign best practices. -You have experience working
with a variety of DSPs and can provide insight into which
programmatic partner is best for a client. -You have experience
working through QA and campaign setup, can manage and oversee daily
pacing, develop optimization strategies with our Analytics team,
and work with finance to deliver completed billing and
reconciliation.In addition, you have demonstrated the following
