Job Description:

Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the development
and success of ongoing initiatives, which aim to enable biomedical
research using rich health data and AI. The candidate will be
responsible for working with various internal and external
stakeholders, collecting researcher requirements, setting
priorities, managing the project backlog, and coordinating efforts
of team members to ensure overall success of the program. This
individual is expected to report to a division head, vice president
or higher-level executive
- Create a shared project vision, strategy, and roadmap for the
evolution of AIR.MS, that enables biomedical research using rich
health data and AI
- Responsible for the project planning and marketing of the
product in the research community
- Manage the project backlog and collaborate in establishing the
work priorities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders internal and external to
HPI.MS
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission
of HPI.MS
- Manage overall program including budget, timelines, and
deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project development risks
- Produce and maintain product and project-related documentation,
including project charter, scope statement, and project plans.
- Track and report on project progress, including regular and
annual updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and stakeholders to
ensure product success
- Support the management of grants, including identifying
potential funding opportunities, writing grant proposals, and
tracking grant deliverables
- Performs other related duties. Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of applicable
experience and education with aMinimum of 5 years' experience as a
Project Manager
- Has demonstrated prior success in defining and launching
products
- Good understanding of healthcare sector
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and agile software

comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job
Advertisements.
The salary range for the role is $106,108.00 - $159,161.00
Annually.
Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including
experience, education, and hospital need.
The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include
bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation
or benefits.
