Job Description:

DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to coordinate credit risk associated with lending, counterparty trading, foreign exchange, derivatives, capital market products and structured finance. Requires a Master's degree in Finance or related or equivalent and three (3) years of experience assessing and advising credit risk to financial institutions. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience reviewing and assessing technical counterparty documentation including financial reporting, portfolio reporting, investment management agreements and investment policies; assessing counterparty creditworthiness and the ability to pay for potential new clients, including banks, broker dealers and other financial institutions; determining client creditworthiness, and assessing risk appetite for various derivatives and cash transactions; leveraging knowledge of major derivative instruments, securities financing, and traditional lending products including financing engagements involving investment banking mandates; analyzing complex trade term sheets, risks of the trade and potential default scenarios; calculating risk generated by trades and comparing to the determined risk appetite; analyzing and recommending approval or declination of credit and trading product transactions for investment funds; assigning credit limits for approved transactions and monitoring counterparty credit limits; monitoring trade performance, limit utilization and collateral posting; preparing credit reports, credit memos and rating analyses; and leveraging knowledge of the principal risk mitigating clauses employed across industry over the master trading documentations including International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Global Master Repo Agreements (GMRA), Master Securities Lending Agreement (MSLA).
