Progyny is looking for a motivated Associate Implementation Manager to support internal and external
stakeholders throughout our benefit implementation process.
The Associate Implementation Manager will be responsible for facilitating smooth client
implementations that exceed our clients' expectations. We are looking for a natural leader who is smart,
innovative, and task-oriented. Our ideal candidate is excited by challenges and energized by the

(This is not a software implementations role)
What you'll do...

• As an associate implementation manager, you will be leading and owning a sub-group of client implementations from beginning to end where you will:
• Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to project manage throughout a client's implementation.
• Manage project expectations through regular meeting and updates to direct manager and appropriate stakeholders
• Ensure high level client satisfaction
• Maintain clear and thorough internal communication
• Coordinate internal and external resources and requirements to ensure milestones are met
• Support internal and external resource training and readiness prior to go live
• Complete and update implementation project plans, benefit grid on CRM system, refine CRM processes as necessary About you...
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role with proven track record of success
  • Experience working in a healthcare / benefit environment preferred
  • Strong background in public speaking and delivering presentations to internal and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree required, PMP Certification or similar certifications are a plus
  • Demonstrated implementation management skills including: leadership, written and verbal communication, customer management, and project management About Progyny...

    • Flex days (3 days a week in the office) for positions located at NY office) In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary for NYC-based applicants is: -$70,000 - $80,000. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
