Job Description:
P4P - Responsibilities:
Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy for
the region
Develop and lead a team of sales account executives throughout the
5 boroughs
Build and maintain professional relationships with all referral
sources
Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key hospitals
Meet with, and present the benefits of quality patient care at home
to existing and potential referral sources
Recruit and train a field-based sales team
Set and achieve goals for sales revenues
Communicate effectively with all members of the health care
delivery team including operations support and clinical
management
Reports to, and meets regularly with, senior leadership
Requirements:
Sales leadership experience
Home Care experience which may include LHCSA, CHHA, or Private
Pay
Ability to develop and implement a sales plan
Established contacts in the Metro NYC Region
C-level negotiation experience
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Professional demeanor and presentation
