Francisco.Summary of the PositionAs the Senior Director, Head of US
Client Solutions you will be responsible for developing new
third-party property management business nationally. You will lead
new client development, foster client relationships, and manage a
small team. Your responsibilities include developing a third-party
portfolio of managed assets. Emphasis is placed on proactive
management, building relationships with all stakeholders,
delivering above-market customer service, and an increased focus on
hospitality, ESG strategies, and technology. You will be joining at
a hugely exciting time for the company with the growth of this new
business.Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic growth initiatives for our third-party
property management business
- Identify, lead, and develop new business opportunities for our
third-party property management business and related services.
Support executive and regional leadership in business development
pursuits.
- Focus on proactively identifying, cultivating, and maintaining
external client relationships, focusing on real estate investors,
developers, and institutional owners. You will benefit from the
close support of internal property management and corporate
development teams, requiring a highly collaborative nature to share
pertinent company and client information.
- Identifying strategic initiatives and developing marketing
strategies and collateral to grow third-party property management
business and brand visibility.
- Build, develop and manage a team to support the development of
this new business line.
- Grow client satisfaction and delivering on the ongoing
management of newly developed third-party property management
portfolio and developing strategies to help exceed these clients'
expectations in service delivery and hospitality.
- Promote the firm's DEI, ESG, and sustainability plan and align
these strategies with individual clients while helping clients
understand the market and delivering systems that can create value
by integrating these values.
- Drive efficiencies in third-party property management processes
through technology and innovation at both an asset level and the
broader business platform.
- You will report directly to the global head of property
management, supporting them, and often work closely with them in
achieving business goals, helping implement new initiatives and
strategies, and taking an active interest in the wider
company.About You:Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree -
- 15+ years of work experience in the sales and delivery of
property management to external clients.'
- Ideally, CPM, RPA qualified Critical Competencies for Success :
- Experience managing a multi-layered team
- Takes initiative and is proactive leader always focused on
continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills
- Demonstrate comprehension of operating trends at the asset
level and market level to influence partners, customers and
property owners
- Passion for working with people, creating amazing experiences,
and leading with a hospitality mindset *Onsite presence is required
for this position.The base compensation range for this role is
$225,000-$275,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary
annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical,
dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k)
plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other
benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees. This base
range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to,
relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an
individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific
to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered
factors specific to this geography.
