Kforce has a client is seeking to hire a SEC Reporting Manager/Senior Manager in New York City, New York (NY). This stable employer offers unique benefits and a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include:

SEC Filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K
The SEC Reporting Manager/Senior Manager will draft all components of 10-K and 10-Q filings
Drive month end, quarter end and year end closes to ensure timely filings and compliance with US GAAP
Prepare internal monthly consolidated financial statements
Technical accounting research
The SEC Reporting Manager/Senior Manager will support auditors and ensure compliance with SOX
