Apartment Therapy Media is looking for a manager to join our dynamic Brand Innovation & Strategy team! This position will be tasked with conceptualizing innovative ideas for advertisers and taking our sales materials to the next level. The ideal candidate will be an extremely creative and proactive team player with a love for all things digital and social media. The role is based out of our NYC office.
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Develop custom, innovative programs for Apartment Therapy and Kitchn's advertising clients and translate them into cohesive and sellable materials
  
• Collaborate with sales team on RFP responses and proactive pitches (proposals, one-sheets, presentations)
  
• Attend client calls to present programs and ideas in conjunction with sales team
  
• Manage department trackers and material libraries, assuring all materials are up-to-date
  
• Create case studies that succinctly articulate the success of executed advertiser programs
  
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of available advertising programs, site information, and resources
  
  SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in integrated and/or digital marketing
    
  • Extremely motivated, big thinker with a passion for digital and social media
    
  • Highly collaborative with a "can-do" attitude
    
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and to adjust priorities as new requests come in
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a love for crafting a compelling story
    
  • Strong understanding of how brands connect with consumers via social media, advertising, experiences, and new technologies in the changing media landscape
    
  • Proficient in Keynote, Excel, and Word
    
  • Familiarity with the interior design and food industries, as well as a love for our websites, are big bonuses!
    
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
    
    Salary Range: $70,000 - 85,000 annually
    The above represents the expected salary range for this role. Ultimately, compensation is determined by level of experience, location, and other job-related factors.
