Manager Program Development ManagerApply Online Tyler Technologies,
Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Program Manager responsible
for developing and promoting the Onboard iPass network of K12
technology partners and system integrators. To accelerate our
rapidly growing partner community, we are looking for a motivated
self-starter SPM to build upon our community of Onboard iPass
partners that work with or provide solutions to the K12
transportation market including student information system, parent
app, school bus OEMs, mobile communication providers and other
related technology providers.The SPM will develop new partnership
opportunities in this community, demonstrate the value of the
Onboard iPass and work across Tyler to grow and manage the Onboard
iPass partner network. The optimal candidate will have a results
oriented approach, history of building partner relationships,
ownership of revenue goals, and ability to bring new ideas to the
team. This role will be responsible for learning the partner's and
Tyler businesses to better align the Onboard iPass offering. The
right candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves, working in a
dynamic environment taking ownership and working cross functional
teams with both partners and Tyler.

school districts bridge information gaps across all departments.
From school ERP to student information and transportation, you can
help districts of all sizes achieve more by improving transparency
between parents and schools, advancing operations, and enabling
data-driven decisions. LocationLatham, New York Travel25-50%
ResponsibilitiesDevelops knowledge of Tyler products and services
to gain a thorough understanding of products and services as they
relate to existing clients and targeted audiences.Become familiar
with Tyler's existing clients in order to assess future needs for
Tyler's products and services.Prospect, educate, qualify, and
develop technology solution providers in the K12 industry and
create sales-ready leads and opportunities for Tyler Onboard
iPasSResearch accounts, identify key players, generate interest and
develop K12 solution providers to stimulate opportunities for Tyler
Onboard iPasS.Collaborate with other Tyler sales representatives
who have identified new potential integration partners.Become a
trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
and the existing Onboard iPass partner network.Update prospect
interaction in Tyler CRM to ensure efficient lead and opportunity
management from lead generation to close of sale.Collaborate with
DevOps team during the implementation of new Onboard iPaaS
customers.Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to
ensure revenue objectives.Establish a cadence of a minimum of 20
calls per day, 10 contacts and 2-3 meetings.Attend regional and
national tradeshows.Communicate effectively with internal staff as
well as existing and potential clients.Show professionalism when
dealing with all aspects of internal and external relationships.20%
- 40% travel anticipated across the United States and
CanadaPerforms other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's
degree preferred.Previous sales experience managing a partner
channel in the software industry a plus.Must possess a competitive
drive and results-oriented approach.Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills.Excellent presentation skills. Previous public
speaking experience a plus.Must be a self-starter in addition to a
team player.Ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with clients and employees required.Must possess
general computer (PC) literacy and proficiency with MS Office
products.Must possess a valid driver's license.Ability to travel
20-40% within US with limited travel to Canada. State-Specific
Salary Range Disclosure RequirementsSalary will generally fall
between $59,451 - $78,225 before adjustment for geographic
differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive
