Position Summary:Are you passionate about helping technical

application deployments, security initiatives, compliance projects?
As a technical project manager for our client, leaders in mental
health innovation and suicide prevention, you will drive the
completion of technical projects - large and small - that impact
health, wellness, and suicide prevention for tens of thousands of
people.Salary:$100,000 - $115,000 / yearEssential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communication and coordination of
cross-functional delivery teams including technical, clinical, and
executive stakeholders
- Meaningfully communicate status to internal technical and
executive teams as well as external clients and partners
- Communicate roles, road map, risks, and resources, to ensure
high quality on-time delivery
- Provide hands-on management, coaching, and implementation
during various phases of analysis, design, development, testing,
implementation, deployment, training, and success validation
- Adhere to the methods, standards, templates and practices
developed by the IT project management team; help provide training
on project related topics
- Ensure that every client-facing communication reinforces
clarity, focus, and high quality; cheerfully manage complex client
relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Manage the making and keeping of client-facing commitments,
including request, issue, and risk lists
- Ensure clear understanding of client requirements and wishes,
clear approval and sign-off communications, and clear recognition
of value delivered
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, possibly
to include some travel, off-hours or on-call responsibilityCyber
Security Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the development of security systems for the
protection of facilities, personnel, data, and assets
- Ensure the implementation of necessary actions to adhere to
applicable laws / regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Manage the agency's end-to-end IT cybersecurity project
implementation
- Experience in managing cybersecurity projectsSometimes the
clients will be very complex, like a multi-stakeholder government
organization with multiple levels and units. Sometimes the client
will be simple, like a small internal clinical
group.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tech industry experience and 1+ years of program
management experience ?leading teams of professionals in a matrixed
structure
- Proven experience in enterprise-wide EHR/CRM/Contact Center
deployments
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in enterprise-wide compliance and/or security
process deployments
- Excellent written communication skills
- Have experience using and enhancing enterprise project and
portfolio management systems (i.e., Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana,
etc.)
- Have solid understanding of project management concepts,
methods, and best practices
- Are experienced and comfortable working with both technology
and business teams in either an Agile SCRUM model or more
traditional waterfall model, depending on the project
- Excellent communication, organization and management
skills
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and help teams and clients
keep their eyes on the prize
- Data-driven and results-oriented to effectively and efficiently
deliver on project objectives, with the ability to bridge between
business and technical stakeholders
- Have experience managing vendors and partners
- Knowledge of SCRUM is a plus
- Experience with HITRUST and NIST certifications is a
