Position / Title: Technology Strategy - Associate/Vice President

Position
We are seeking a Technology Strategy Associate/Vice President to help, monitor, enable and communicate between technology teams in Pretium and associated companies. The title (Associate or Vice President) will be dependent on years of experience. This position will report to the Chief Digital and Technology officer and is based in New York.
The technology strategy associate must be an ambitious and driven candidate who will work with the CDTO to help follow through with the strategy for Pretium and associated companies set by the CDTO. The position will not have any direct reports. They should be good with documentation, meeting minutes and communications. They will have the opportunity to shadow the CDTO and learn from the leadership team directly. They should have good knowledge of technology and willing to self learn modern and new technologies. As a part of the job, they will have to research new solutions and create the strength and weakness analysis of the same.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Shadow the CDTO and help with meeting minutes, follow ups, and communications with partners.
  
• Help create presentations of technology strategies and status reports.
  
• Follow up with teams on statuses and highlight challenges and celebrate successes.
  
• Help create relationships between teams
  
• Work closely with the IT and functional teams and local IT staff to ensure proper escalation of technology issues
  
• Document process flows and use-case scenarios and help with creating and presenting business cases.
  
• Performs other duties assigned.
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/relevant certification in business management or information systems management required.
    
  • 3+ years of professional IT experience.
    
  • Comprehensive experience in analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical and appropriate solutions required.
    
  • Comprehensive understanding of standard end user productivity software, esp. Microsoft365
    
  • Knowledge in hardware and software design and architecture.
