Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am/9am - 5:30pm/6pm (flexibility required) and the position is fully remote.Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and skillfully manage long term relationships with clients; ensure client satisfactionCreate strategies to address customer business needsField issues as they arise and escalate as neededParticipate in business development efforts to grow the organization's Earned RevenuesTrack and report client engagement across the board; observe competition and develop retention strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience3+ years of experience as a Client Relations or Relationship ManagerExperience tracking KPIs; Salesforce experience preferredDemonstrate understanding of true sales and partnership management Compensation/Benefits:Up to $80K base depending on experience3 medical benefit plans with employee contribution12 paid holidays, 20 days PTOSummer Fridays (between Memorial Day and Labor Day, employees may take alternate Fridays as PTO)401K with matchBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
