About the Role
This is a position on our Sales and Account Growth team, focused on selling to Apparel and Fashion retailers. We're looking for someone that knows the Apparel/Fashion space well, someone that is passionate about retail technology and innovation, and wants to be at the forefront of talking with and presenting to the biggest and best brands in the world. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person.
What You Will Do

  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the business strategy and ultimately expand the usage of Stylitics (coverage + product suites/innovation) for the retailers you oversee. While this is not a new sales (e.g. hunter) position, it is revenue-focused (e.g. farming) role. You will leverage our best practices and technology to help retailers grow their revenue and profitability
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with retailers to maximize future revenue opportunities
  • Work closely across teams within the Stylitics organization including: Account, Product, Technology, and Operations
  • Be active at relevant events and conferences
  • Be a thought leader in the industry Must-Have Qualifications
    • Expansive knowledge of Apparel, Fashion, and Apparel/Fashion retailers
    • 7-10 years of sales and business development experience, software and SaaS environment preferred
    • At least one year of $1m+ of goods or services sold directly by you
    • Experience in managing junior team members, and holding them accountable to their annual quotas
    • Ability to be independent, self-motivated, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
    • Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
    • Passion about business and comfortable with the unknown - always thinking of ways to improve/grow
    • Strong problem solving and demonstrated strategic thinking abilities
    • Detailed and planning oriented with exceptional follow-through and initiative
    • Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers Nice-to-Have Qualifications

        When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there's equal pay for equal work among those you'll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $90,000.00 - $130,000.00. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
