How will you make an impact in this role?
American Express has a great opportunity for a dynamic
communications professional with a passion for working with
technologists to help them achieve their goals. This role will
support a global team of more than 8,000 experts who are
transforming the way the company uses technology to drive business
success. The ideal candidate for this role will be:
The Director, Colleague Communications, is responsible for driving
a communications channel and vehicle strategy to inform and engage
Technology colleagues on a global basis to build understanding of
the Technology strategy to power growth for the company. This role
sits within the company's Corporate Affairs & Communications
organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Colleague
Communications, this role will lead one Manager colleague, and will
partner with the broader Technology Communications team and with
leaders across the organization to execute a communications
strategy to help keep Technology colleagues informed about and
engaged in the organization's strategy, priorities, performance,
and key initiatives.

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity
(if applicable) + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job
requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider
