Overview:Grow With Us! The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Claims Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our claims customers. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities:

• Claims advocacy.
• We are seeking a competent insurance claims professional that has experience interreacting with policyholders (clients), advocating for clients, reviewing claims determinations against coverage, analyzing claims details, compiling claims summaries, loss development charts, etc.
• Depending on skills and experience level, position details may vary.
• Contribute to a positive workplace environment.
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
• All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Insurance license required.
  • Must work well with others and be collaborative.
  • Detail orientated and superior organizational skills.
  • Deadline driven
  • Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)Benefits:
