This is a roll up your sleeves, get into the weeds type of position. Overseeing a small team, you will help drive process improvements, Financial reporting, create company dashboards, help in cost savings, system implementation, prepare consolidated financial statements, and much more Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and systems that align with the company's overall business strategy.
• Lead financial audits, ensure compliance with international financial regulations, and manage intercompany consolidations and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency in all financial operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
• Monitor and manage key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
• Lead and coordinate efforts for M&A and other strategic financial initiatives.
• Collaborate with other department heads to drive financial understanding and accountability.
• Ensure the company's financial systems, processes, and controls are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
• Manage financial projects using tools such as Jira and Salesforce.Qualifications:
