Additional information can be www.linde-amt.comJob overviewLAMT is currently seeking a Global FP&A Manager to support the global Electronics Deposition Materials (EDM) business. This position will be based in Toulouse or Mercus, France, or Orangeburg, New York, and reports to the Director of Global Materials Finance.Primary responsibilities--- As FP&A Manager you will work closely with the Vice President of EDM and Global Business Function Leaders to deliver decision-relevant data in real time--- Further you closely cooperate with the Global Materials FP&A team to identify new business trends --- Own and manage the EDM CapEx budget, project prioritization and investment analysis--- Deliver commercial planning, analysis, and executiono Challenge strategic investment and growth plans wherever necessary, focused on reducing margin erosion--- Partner on EDM's Finance Leadership initiatives --- Coordinate FP&A-related continuous improvement, drive process enhancements and support harmonization of data --- Create and deliver accurate and timely financial reports to the EDM leadership team--- Ensure strong financial control, compliance, and reportingo Provide accurate monthly reporting of performance detailing variances from budget and targeto Manage to stringent Operating and CapEx Investment budgets--- Drive financial and business planningo Influence and support annual budget and monthly forecasting processes to ensure risks and opportunities are identified and understood, through review and challenge of the senior teamRequired qualifications and competencies--- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines --- 5+ years in an operations or manufacturing environment, or FP&A function--- Systems experience: Oracle financial system, Hyperion Essbase; Familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus --- Must be able to effectively develop relationships and partner with the business to drive results --- Enthusiasm to work as a team player --- Applies strong technical and analytical skills to influence strategic business decisions--- Demonstrates strong business acumen--- Excellent written and oral communication--- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines--- Ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organization--- Confidence to interact with all levels of the organizationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.
