Job Description:
Siemens Mobility provides efficient and integrated
transportation of people and goods by rail and road - including
rolling stock, rail automation, rail electrification, intelligent
traffic systems, and service. We design and manufacture across the
entire spectrum of rolling stock, including commuter and regional
passenger trains, light rail and streetcars, metros, locomotives,
passenger coaches, and high-speed trainsets. Cities and Railroads
also rely on us to provide traction-power substations, electricity
transmission, and signaling and control technology for freight and
passenger rail and transit systems.
The Operational Performance Program Manager is a high-visibility
strategic partner supporting Rail Infrastructure (RI) Heads with
effective decision-making, project management, and execution of
pivotal initiatives across the business. Additionally, in alignment
with vision and goals, it focuses on long-term planning and
projects to ensure our growth and success.

salary range for this position in New York, NY, is $135,900 -
$183,900, and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base
salary. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget
and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and
qualifications.
