Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to provide
support and training for their client-facing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase engagement, satisfaction, and retention of clients through
platform demonstrations, education, and support
Collaborate with clients in talent, production, and print payroll
to ensure performance and satisfaction
Identify upselling opportunities, provide data analysis reports,
and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree
2-6 years of experience in Media/Entertainment/Content payroll or
customer service
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects
Self-motivated and eager to learn and improve
