Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Automation Director for their facility near the Peabody, MA area.This job will have the following responsibilities:*Build and develop multi-year strategic plan driving implementation and innovation to achieve full automation ambition*Contribute as a key driver to revenue growth and productivity goals while ensuring product quality and safety guidelines are strictly adhered*Lead a team of 6-7 salaried professionals (project managers, process engineers, etc.) housed within 2 manufacturing facilities*Lead and develop multi-year automation and robotic upgrades within 2 manufacturing facilities*Develop transformational technology/ automation roadmaps*Engage key stakeholders throughout a matrixed organization and our business partners to achieve functional and sustainable success*Facilitate typically 30% (sometimes 50%) domestic travel as requiredQualifications & Requirements:*Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) from an accredited college or university is required; *Master's level degree in similar disciplines or MBA preferred*PMP or similar Project management certification*15+ years' industrial automation and/or robotics experience*10+ years' experience leading automation projects and teams in complex capital automation projects*Experience in cGMP/regulated environment preferred*Experience with global automation solutions providers (vendors) required**All qualified candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 682320
