A company is looking for a Employee Listening Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Increase understanding of employee experience amongst leaders at all levels
Manage portfolio of employee surveys and listening tools
Deliver analytics on survey data and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

Master's degree in HR, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in improving employee engagement and satisfaction
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
Knowledge of employee feedback and communication best practices
