Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Tech HRBP team and develop HR practices
Align business priorities with people strategies for team
performance, engagement, and retention
Provide guidance in performance management, organization design,
succession planning, coaching, career frameworks
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
supporting senior leaders
Proven track record as a strategic HR partner
Excellent social and communication skills with expertise in
coaching and influencing business management
Collaborative and adaptable approach, fostering trust, inclusion,
and belonging
Deep experience with employee relations and knowledge of employment
law
