A company is looking for a BI & Analytics Manager who will be responsible for customer engagement, business intelligence, team leadership, data-driven decision making, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges
Leverage advanced analytics to uncover actionable insights from transportation data and translate them into meaningful recommendations for clients
Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals, ensuring exceptional service and high customer satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Transportation, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in customer success management with a focus on data-driven solutions in the transportation industry
Strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and transportation analytics
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms
Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
