Lead Order Management Solutions Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Solutions Analyst of Order Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as primary subject matter expert in order management solutions
Lead the design and implementation of order management processes for cross-functional projects
Provide guidance and assistance for consultants and other IT teammates

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
8+ years' experience in implementing and supporting enterprise ERP, OMS, retail, or ecommerce platforms
5+ years' hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni
2+ years' experience in a leadership position
ITIL certifications are a plus
